BASSMA’s main objective is to help families become self-sufficient. Therefore, BASSMA’s Employment Services consists of four projects, which together make BASSMA’s main goal for the families possible: financial stability and independence!

    • Training Programs

      BASSMA provides regular workshops & professional trainings for disadvantaged people in order to sharpen their knowledge & skills.
      These innovative training programs aim to integrate disadvantaged youth into the job market, while improving the participants’ professional communication skills, work readiness, and organizational and office skills. With these new capabilities, participants are referred to BASSMA’s Job Matching services in order to find employment and take a step in the right direction.
