Bassma Smile Restaurant offers free hot meals to abandoned elderly and destitute families since 2004.
Today more than ever, and despite all the problems we are facing, Bassma is committed more than ever to fight hunger, offering daily cooked meals 7/7 in our Smile Restaurant and through the Dinner Delivery program To keep everyone safe, we will stop the seated lunches starting this week at the Smile Resto, and will be serving the meals in Tupperware instead to be taken and consumed back home with all family members.
A big thank you to all the caterers and individuals who are still donating hot meals to be served to underprivileged persons:
- Roadster Diner: 2,400 hot meals per month
- Padova Hotel: 320 hot meals/month
- Hot Pot Meal: 280 hot meals/month
- Sweet News: 40 hot meals/month
- Beirut Cellar: 40 hot meals/month
