Khatchig, Maryam and Jihane enjoyed their trip to Paris thanks to Bassma and Projet Papillon.
In fact, we organized jointly a trip to France to three Bassma teenagers, which regroups youths from all over the world.
BASSMA’s participation in this project is crucial for our Family Empowerment Program which objective is to lead family members to financial, psychological and social autonomy.
This 10-day trip was designed as an exchange program between 30 youths from different countries, so they share experiences in order to build their personalities and character and be able to face life difficulties with strength and confidence.
BASSMA and Projet Papillon have taken in charge all the fees, including their tickets, visas, stay, pocket money, travel bags and clothes.
Projet Papillon communicated their big pleasure to have cooperated with our youths, as they were key participants in the group, and they announced the great news: this project will be renewed for the next two years, and BASSMA’s teenagers will have the opportunity to participate again in this project in 2016 and 2017, free of charge.
Our youths are thrilled to have been selected in this exciting project!
